Find the Time

Before you can take care of another person or project, you must find the time! Not the time to squeeze another meeting, email, or call into your schedule, but the time to take care of yourself. A weekend retreat or vacation is a wonderful way to do this, but how many of us realistically can do that? Besides one vacation or one weekend out of an entire year is not enough to recharge your battery.
