Because reiki is spiritually guided energy, it helps us connect with our higher consciousness and encourages personal growth. As an avid reader I have found many opportunities to learn from other Reiki Masters. Learning new techniques, studying reiki, and researching the history and development of this ever evolving healing art has improved my ability to give reiki. This is a must have book for Reiki practitioners! It's a translated copy of Usui's original handbook - 1st time it's been available in America! I practice a mixture of the Japanese and Western styles and enjoy being able to see exactly what the Japanese style is.
A wonderful book that walks you through meditations on the 5 Reiki Principles. The reflections help you grow on your personal and spiritual path. This is a great book for practitioners of all levels.
